Guest Guidelines & Policies

Check-In/Out & Verification

  • Check-In: From 12:00 PM | Check-Out: Until 11:00 AM.
  • ID Policy: Valid government-issued photo ID required. Minimum check-in age: 18.
  • Inclusivity: We welcome all guests, including unmarried couples. No age restrictions for entry (with valid ID).

Cancellation & Prepayment

  • Individual Stays: 100% refund if cancelled >21 days before arrival. No refund within 21 days or for no-shows.
  • Group Stays (5+ rooms): All bookings are final and non-cancellable.
  • Peak Periods (Holidays/Festivals): 30% refund if cancelled >30 days before arrival. 0% refund within 30 days.

House Rules

  • Pets: Generally not permitted to ensure guest comfort. Special cases require prior approval (fees apply).
  • Group Conduct: Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM. Loud music/noise is prohibited.
  • Payments: Credit/Debit Cards and Cash accepted. No Cheques.

Children & Extra Beds (Good to Know)

  • Children Policy: Children are welcome. Individuals aged 18+ are considered and charged as adults.
  • Extra Beds: Cots and extra beds are subject to availability upon request.
